1. Executive Summary

A quick summarize of our assignment which is based on the case where VU who recently had a change in the management plan, and hope to implement a successful a project which is called, Ln-EMS.

In this assignment, we will be using the force-field analysis diagram to point out such things, like current state, future states, driving forces, and restraining forces. First, we will analyze the case current states, and also use our own analysis based on the case itself. That will bring us to analyze the future states of Ln-EMS which has more details in there. The 3 stages which consist of ‘Unfreezing, Moving, and Refreezing’ will be used under status quo. Since this is a crucial step to change for a better level, we will motivate change on using Ln-EMS, to encourage students to use such system which benefits and helps them whether in their studies or activities while pursuing in degree in VU. We will also be focusing on driving forces and restraining forces on Ln-EMS.

Since VU has change the management plan, new vision and mission is required to make it clear and understandable for the staffs and students of VU. After that, to encourage students and staffs of VU to use Ln-EMS, we must develop some political supports that support Ln-EMS. After implementing Ln-EMS, we will manage the transition that is taking place in VU, and provide “open-door” policy for students and staffs to ask for any assistants or feedbacks.

After being received such good news on implementing Ln-EMS, we would sustain the momentum where there is no complaint from students and staffs of VU.
