1. Determine the prevailing barriers to team success among their teams and develop solutions to them using effective team management and empowerment.

2. Describe the importance of communication to a team’s performance without error

Prerequisites:

Trainee: Currently holding a management position in the company

Instructor: Familiarity with team building and performance concepts, and have experienced handling different teams before
