Abstract
There are different job levels in a project management like Project manager, human resource manager, program manager, risk management and planning specialist, reality assistant, IT specialist, student trainee etc. There are specific requirements in on education, experience knowledge and skills with respect to the job. Even the salary and the benefits obtained vary with the level of job. In this paper, I would like to discuss the requirements in all aspects and benefits obtained by the employee for the above mentioned jobs.
Qualifications required and benefits obtained by different level of employees in a Project Management
There will be a different levels of work performed by different people in a project. The company requires different levels of skilled employees, to perform the work. For this, to appoint the employees, every company puts forward specific requirements in education, experience and skills. Here, below prescribed some of the requirements and benefits obtained by the employees at different level of job like

As the student trainee, the main duty is to actively participate in job training, all the projects and assignments that relate to information technology which is required by the agency. Students currently enrolled in a degree program in halftime in high school, technical or vocational school or graduate can apply.
