1. Project Plan Overview
The purpose of the project is to provide information that will help execute the project successfully. It is a living document that is expected to change as more information becomes available.
The project plan has been drafted due to the Mayor rezoning Eastland Mall and making ATM’s illegal. The branch will now operate on Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm instead. The project team, as identified in the approved Project charter, remains the same for the purpose of this plan.
