Analysis

In the current vision statement company says that it is our responsibility to continually improve all aspects of the world which includes environment, social, economic and creating a better tomorrow than today. The aim is to put vision into action through focus on Dynamic, Quality Conscious and Progressive environment, activities to benefit society, and a commitment to build stakeholders value by making a truly sustainable company.

Mission

To be market leader in providing safe, economical, durable, comfortable and environment friendly means of transportation of international quality at competitive prices. To achieve market leadership in automotive wheel rims of all types and sizes. Grow through innovation of new products & Give higher return to the stakeholders.

Analysis

In the existing mission statement, the company has covered almost every aspect. The company has started its statement from clarifying & defining its philosophy as “To be a market leader in providing safe, durable, and comfortable (vehicle)”. Then the company continues by indicating its corporate social responsibility as an “environmental friendly company” & explains its business category & market with the words “means of transportation” & “To achieve market leadership in automotive wheel rims of all types and sizes”. Furthermore the company differentiates its product by mentioning “international quality at competitive prices”. At the end, the company capitalizes its concern for profitability & growth as “Grow through innovation of new products & Give higher return to the stakeholders.”
