My Personal Code of Ethics

I have dreams and goals for the future that I am determined to make them happen, and I don’t expect anyone to do the hard work for me. Living an ethical and moral life is both a function of my personal ideals and those around me aiding me to maintain these ideals. I am trying to conduct my life based on my personal values and on defining some guiding principles, applicable in both personal and professional lives.

My personal values act as a basis for distinguishing between right and wrong and thus, determine my daily actions and emotions. My parents and education have played profound roles in the development of my core personal values: personal integrity, caring, excellence, attitude, responsibility, family and ambition.

* Integrity – I will be honest in everything I do, always sincere and straight talking, always reliable, accountable and dependable

* Caring – I will care about the others, always considerate, always willing to help those in need, always respectful, always loyal.

* Excellence – I will do the best in everything I do, always striving for excellence, always aiming to be in top.

* Attitude – I will maintain a positive attitude, always encouraging everyone around me to move forward, always respectful. I will always stand up for what is right, never give in to negative peer pressure, never allow fear of failure to prevail in my emotions.

* Responsibility – I will act responsibly all the time, always considering the consequences of my actions, always being accountable for my acts

* Family – Only with a strong family and sharing the successes together I will reach my goals. And the biggest challenge of my life is to be able to help my children developing their own values.

* Ambition – No matter the barriers, I will find the way for my dreams to become reality.
