Problem Definition

There is no doubt that violence in work places is an issue have a lot of debate its found between workers and coworkers and supervisors inside places of work this violence kinds like murders, suicides , killing or wounding workers .

Justification of the Problem

Any kind of Violence occur due to the work environment or because of business relations or management conditions this is work place violence of course it should happened in work places according to the assay but in my point of view I think we have to including all kind of violence may happened due to work or business relations and there is a lot of reasons for this kind of violence as follow:

1- Worker dissatisfaction of the work because of the lower income or because of the bad management

2- Not enough safety or security regulation and security systems in work places

3- Unhealthy internal work environment

4- No social care for workers

List of Alternatives

1. Restructure the organization design to let the coworkers participate in management.

2. Appling quality circles after work between supervisors and coworkers

3. Develop security systems in work places to insure the safety of workers

Evaluate Alternatives

1. Restructure the organization design to let the coworkers participate in management.

That means the organization design should have the channels for coworkers and workers to participate in the top management level to be sure that the sound of them can be effective and influence for social issues and any other decisions may related to workers and coworkers

Maintain the relation between supervisors, managers and coworkers.

2. Appling quality circles after work between supervisors and coworkers

As Japanese create the quality circles between all of workers after workers to let all of them express them self frankly that is enough to decrease tensions between the different levels of workers.
