Executive Summary
The headquarters of Rocky Mountain Mutual in Utah includes a state-of-the-art Fitness Centre for the convenience and the benefit of its employees. The Center has drawn the interests of all its employees, especially the younger crowd, and is often crowded during off-hours. The productivity and health of the employees using the facilities have considerably increased and Wellness Programs have been arranged to promote more participation. However, the costs of maintaining the Center are very high considering the number of employees using the facilities. The Management is considering closing the Centre in order to scale up and accommodate a new department.
