SUBJECT: Performance Management Framework Analysis
My main goal for this document is gather recommendations to increase company performance for Landslides Limousines and its owner Bradley Stonefield. Topics of business culture will include an alignment of the performance management framework to the organization business strategy, organizational performance philosophies, recommended job analysis processes needed to identify skills needed by Landslide Limousines, methods used for measuring employee skill levels, processes for identifying and addressing skill gaps, and approaches for delivering effective performance feedback.
Bradley Stonefield is opening a limousine service called Landslide Limousines. Mr. Stonefield plans to open his business in Austin, Texas and plans to employ twenty five people within its first year of operation. Also within the first year of operation, Bradley Stonefield plans on having Landslide Limousines have a net revenue of negative fifty thousand dollars, five percent revenue growth, and an employee turnover rate of ten percent.
