Dashboard
The dashboard of the company is depicted in a diagram attached to this document. Dashboard is important for a company for the user or customers can look at the whole company activities and its status in a single picture (Shilpi C, 2013). There will be mostly nothing left to ask about the company after observing a dashboard. The executive, Human Resource manager, mangers of various departments such as IT, Business Analysis etc of the company use the dashboard. Here the strategic analysis for the company is revised briefly.
Strategic Analysis:
The company should improve the quality of delivery, the delivery time should be lessened possibly; this can be done by deploying more number of delivery employees. The display pieces of furniture should be in display only if the same products are available in stock. The stock statistics should be available with the showroom managers so that they can manage to display only the available products. Innovation lacks in the products so, deployment of innovative staff to design same products with little innovative designs. This strategic plan will definitely makes the company to with stand the situations and maintain the top most position in the market.
