Different Resources that could help my Organization's IT services

The first type of data resource I would suggest using for my organization would be Google Analytics. This service provided by Google is a completely free web traffic monitoring program which provides information about the different users who visit your website. For a start up organization, such as my own, this could be very useful as to seeing what my main target market is and where it is. Google Analytics can also study mobile visitors on my organization and take information as to what parts of my organization's website are being most browsed by potential customers and which aren't (Angeles, 2014). This would help my organization to see which parts of the organization's website need to be changed and which do not.

The second data resource I would use for my organization would be IBM's Watson Analytics. This service is still currently being developed, but has a beta version of the program out currently and will be available in November of this year. This self-service data access and data warehouse system is a decision making tool which is easy to understand by the organization and its managers. It is used for operations in an organization such as finance, sales, and human resources. Due to its “natural language” technology it can help organizations with identify problems, seeing what helps to improve their sales, and how to improve employee efficiency (Angeles, 2014). Again as I said earlier this program does not require any advanced knowledge of complex data mining systems or analysis systems but does all the work itself. Thus this service can be operated by virtually anyone. This will help small start-up organizations that usually do not have knowledge of these specifics of the business world.
