In any specific research, the researchers must be familiar with previous studies, to assure this familiarity a review of related literature is done. It presents materials such as journals, articles, and other thesis writings used to support the relevance of the study. This chapter can give important information that will help the researchers to study and analyze other online system that is relevant to the research and enable us to improve their own research to have an appropriate solution to the problem of the study.
