Statement of the problem

"Inconsistency of imposed information that causes violation and negative record of the student in the GRC"

Purpose of the study

The purpose of this research study to be conducted is because of the argumentation,misunderstanding and increasing rate of student's violation due to inconsistent and inaccurate imposed information that causes the student of Global Reciprocal Colleges to commit a violation.

Objectives of the study

• To identify the causes of having a discrepancy in memorandum imposed.

• To create a solution that will stabilize accurate and consistent information that will desciminate in every student.

Background of the problem

The Office of the Student Affairs is responsible in every student concern, while the Guidance Office is the one who penalize the student who commit violation. Global Reciprocal Colleges code of descipline includes the guidelines, the proper attire every student must wear, rules and regulation, and its sanction. It all imposed by the OSA. The student who will fail to comply to the imposed guidelines will be penalize by the Guidance Councilor and will be mark a bad record.

OSA focused on proper attire and grooming of the student. OSA didn't tolerate colored hair and wearing skirt above the knee;the school is very conservative, that is why every opening of the class or before the date, OSA release a memorandum about colored hair and standards in wearing a uniform. For those who fail to comply, the guard will get the id and surrender to the OSA. The OSA will transfer it to the guidance and thd guidance will give penalty.

However, in instance, some student luckily escape from being caught. As the time pass by, the memo vanish and inconsistently imply. Until such time that the student freely entering the school with their hair colored and not in standard uniform. Unfortunately for those student who had already a negative...
