In advanced countries employment at primary and secondary sectors is going down, however it increares in the tertiary and quaternary sectors. Advanced countries prefer to delocalize manufacturing process to developing countries when labour costs are lower or to outsource. People who are embedded in tertiary sector provide servisec of delivering finished product to the final consumers. The basic of quaternaru sector is the provision of information which includes: computing, information and communication technologies, consulting, research and development.

2) Production manager deals with scheduling, coordinating materials flows, monitoring manufacturing processes. He provides the lowest level of average costs and is responsible for under-utilizing workforce and equipment. The effcincy of his job depends on the collaboration with procurement manager and operations manager.
