* Making a list of students of passed and failed done by yhe dean manually is tiresome as the number of students increased.

* Having pre requisites subjects and the registrar had to check it manually the remarks of the students before they let the student take that subject. Due to this, the registrar’s workload becomes heavier and the pross of searching the file is tome consuming

* Files and records are stored in cabinets and vaults which are very prone to natural disasters like fire.
