Analyzing Messages

Using a message, we can communicate clearly through the use of speech, written word, or through signals. Every day most people send several of messages that could be related to a single topic or another so that they can convey or communicate a certain point. There are three business messages selected for analysis in this article wherein an assessment is made based from communication model.

The first message in Appendix A presents a business e-mail message that is sent to company employees that concern volunteers for Project Team Lead. The subject matter presented is appropriate because it gives a good description of the main content matter in the message. The message states that volunteers are needed for the new project being launched, and there is an emphasis on help so that innovative ideas are pooled and used to create a curriculum based online. In this case, the technology utilized is email, a communication means that is appropriate and even quire adequate for this matter. This e-mail method compared to other means of communication is the most efficient way and fastest to reach large amounts of employees of the company. As this e-mail is sent to every employee working in the company, there could be a chance that this e-mail message be affected by noise because of improper speed of the internet and that people may not assess it (Stuart, 2007). The message bears no sender information at the bottom of it, which is a mandatory characteristics of a business message. However, the email has enough amount of information about the subject that is sufficient and clear for all employees who received it. The communication that took place
