ETHICAL CLIMATE SURVEY

Consulting services are being provided for Johnson Controls, a multi-industrial company with approximately 170,000 employees globally. Our company has been hired to provide consulting services for one of the company major business hubs, the Washington DC Branch office. This branch has recently suffered from accusations of ethical misconduct. As consultants, we will first develop an anonymous survey to measure the ethical climate in the organization, secondly, recommend steps the organization can take to create a strong culture, lastly, we will provide a report with survey results, recommendations, and the impact of our survey results on the business and the businesses reputation throughout the industry.

Our first step was to develop and distribute an anonymous survey to both managers and support staff in this branch. The survey included the following questions:
