A Trip to Sepang F1 Circuit

Recently, Taylor’s Business School held an educational trip to Sepang International Circuit for the semester 1 Foundation in Business students. The main aim of this trip was for the students to get as much information as possible for their integrated assignments. There were more than one hundred students and a few lectures who was attending the trip, so we had to take 3 busses there.

Most people would say that once they have reached the Sepang International Circuit, they were amazed by the view and all. Honestly, I was a bit amazed when I reached there but what made this trip interesting for me was the journey itself. I always remembered what my father told me while I was growing up, “Focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found in not finishing an activity, but doing it”. What my father told me before finally meant something to me as I saw the beauty of this journey. What made this journey a special one for me was that I got to know my friends way better than when being at a classroom. Ravin, this guy in my classroom who I met a few weeks before told us about his hobbies which was karate and how good he was at it. He even showed us some videos to prove it to us. Aiman, well he told us everything there is to know about him including the time he went out with his friends to an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) track which they rode on. Although Haziq was quite quiet, he did tell us a thing or two about himself. As for me, I was usually the shy type of guy that doesn’t talk much but here I took the liberty of explaining all about myself and what I like to do during my leisure time. We also had this brief conversation with our IT lecturer Mr Chua. From that moment onwards, I knew that Mr Chua is a really friendly guy and that his classes was going to be fun.
