AFFIDAVIT FOR SEARCH WARRANT

Commonwealth of Virginia VA. CODE § 19.2-54

The undersigned Applicant states under oath:

1. A search is requested in relation to an offense substantially described as follows:

A search is requested in relation to an international terrorist group called, (INI) is planning to gain entry in the U.S

This offense substantially described as follow: Violation of Va. Code (18-2-46.5), committing, conspiring, aiding and abetting acts of terrorism.

2. The place, person or thing to be searched is described as follows:

Resident located at XYZ Jefferson Street, Apt ABC Los Angeles, Ca.

3. The things or persons to be searched for are described as follow:

Believe that the computer, storage devices, monitor, keyboard, modem, printer, and cell phone, cell phone bill, as well

As all external and internal devices are all instruments used in the commission of terrorist activities. Search all documents used in the commission of this crime. in locations that my contain and store documents.

4. The material facts constituting probable cause that the search should be made are:

A lead from the Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security that John a member of an international terrorist group are making an effort to gain their entry into the U.S.. The terrorist group is in the process of obtaining fraudulent documents that will allow them to travel freely in the U.S... The information received identifies one individual who resides in our jurisdiction, who is in possession of photographs and location of each member in the terrorist cell. The information is believed to be on his computer.

5. The object, thing or person searched for constitutes evidence of the commission of such offense.
