Introduction

According to Eberts, Margaret, & Linda (1994) and Mifflin (2007), fast food just like the name is a term given to foods that take less time to prepare and serve. These foods were first served in restaurants before they got their way into people’s homes. They are preheated, or pre-cooked and are served in a way that the customer can easily carry it away. Currently, according to (Statisticcbrain, 2015), there are 160,000 fast food restaurants in America which serve over 50 million people. The average annual fast food revenue is about 110, 000,000 US dollars. Even though it is most consumed, is it healthy and why are people highly consuming these products? What are some of the values and attitudes people have regarding fast foods and how can these attitudes and values construct a way to succeed in this market?
