Basic Problem
Apex College with 3000 thousand students is facing an issue of overspending since last 2 years. Here I am to present solutions for maintaining service quality while cutting down spending.
What is needed?
What we need is to remain within the fixed budget to keep fee affordable, retain staff for longer duration and offer quality education services. To maintain the goodwill of College, attract more students and suitable fiscal responsibility represents prudent decision making.
Idea Proposed
Our proposed idea is to look for other Colleges that were facing issue of overspending and implemented most appropriate solutions that works, it may include
1. Outsourcing is the best solution to remain within budget bounds for some vendors and special staff speakers.
2. Reviewing the old contracts for ensuring the best possible pricing and service
3. Faculty should be utilized more efficiently by starting new programs in second time with same staff.
4. Time duration of degrees should be shortened to smooth admin activities by analyzing performance on regular basis.
