· Preparing in advance would be one of my weaker traits. On various occasions I have prepared minutes before I present whatever it was I was researching. This component is key for the basic understanding of what you are debating.

· My expectations towards any debate have been set pretty low. My main goal is get them thinking about certain ideas rather than them to completely change their views with one talk. In my experiance it's almost impossible to get someone to change their minds on the spot so if I even get them thinking and looking more into the topic I am satisfied.

· I can bring my ego into debates and is one of my weaker traits. Ive had friends where I have thought negativley about them and it has affected my tone towards them which leads nowhere.

· I avoid speech mannerisms pretty well in my opinion. So many of my friends have had problems with this and they would just go on and ramble rather than discuss. Due to this, I have made a conscios effort to keep my ideas in order rather than talking about 3 different things at once.

· Dominating in conversations is my biggest weakness. I sometimes feel that I have to dominate in order to get anywhere. I think it's comes from my surroundings and the people I have had discussions with. It definatley leads to nowhere and is terrible for any real conversation to begin.

· Listening to someone is something I am very proficient in and would say is my greatest strength. It's more of my nature to listen than to talk. Hearing what somneone is else is saying has never been a problem for me but could alwasy be better.

· To judge someone else based on their ideas is hypocritical if you want them to listen to yours. I try not to jump to conclusions when hearing other peoples ideas.

· One of my weaker points is interrupting, especially when someone has already done this to me. It honeslty doesnt do anything except aggrovate one another and will eventually will end with nothing being acomplished....
