HRIS Reports:

We will also look at manager, supervisor, and team member engagement and interaction within the company to help promote communication between leadership and team members concerning the issues listed in this opening statement.

Working on communication issues will be away for Human Resources to find out what systems are right for the company and its employees as well. At the end of the paper, we should have an idea of how HRIS can play a very important role in the success of the company as well as continue to move the company forward and stay competitive with its competitors.
