3.1 Marketing Mix – 4Ps

Walt Disney operating their company well and the size of their company become huger than previous time because they have a good strategy to operate the company. Walt Disney from a company which only doing motion pictures expand to a company which having parks and resorts, it is not easy to do that. For Walt Disney, they provide some free products for the consumers such as apps, games, videos. Consumers can get the products from the websites or apps stores, if consumers are willing to purchase the products they can buy thru credit card as a support also. Other than those products, Walt Disney also provides parks and resorts services at six countries and the price for the parks and resorts are still reasonable for the consumers, thus the profit that earned from the parks and services are increasing every year, because consumers can afford the expenses to consume for the parks and resorts. Other than that, Walt Disney having a conveniently situation on their business, they having the head office at California, a state that having a high technology, this let Walt Disney easily to produce the products with more qualities. Walt Disney having six Disney theme parks around the world including California, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Paris and Shanghai, Walt Disney states their theme parks at the countries that having many populations and tourists. This strategy has helped them to increase the sales on parks and resorts. Walt Disney is going to expand their business to more countries. Moreover, Walt Disney will have promotion for the parks and resorts during some festival and school holidays, such as Christmas, Halloween. Consumers will get discount for the tickets or the hotel fees during those festivals. Not only for parks and resorts but also some apps that provided by Walt Disney will give some discount for the consumers to purchase.
