Kudler Fine Foods Frequent Shopper Program

Kudler Fine Foods is a local high quality specialty food store located in the San Diego metropolitan area. The company has three locations La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Each store is supplied with the finest domestic and imported food anyone could ever want. Kudler Fine Food’s mission is to provide their customers with the finest selection of foodstuffs, wines, and related needs in a consumer environment. “Kudler Fine Foods has experienced significant growth and is now focused on expanding the services, improving the efficiency of its operations and increasing the consumer purchase cycle as a means to increasing the loyalty and profitability of its consumers” (BrainMass Inc. 2010).

Objective

The objective is to monitor purchase behavior at the customer’s level and provide valuable incentives through partnership with a loyalty point system. The customer purchase behavior patterns will help Kudler with its processes and offerings to best satisfy their valued customers. Price will not be the deciding factor for the consumer; the focus will be on the quality and identification of specialized items. The company is recommended to unite with a loyalty points program to reward customers with points that can be redeemed for gift items, airline advances or other specialty food items. When customers use the rewards program, Kudler Fine Foods will be able to monitor customer purchases and observe trends in those purchases.
