After a few months Club IT is still in business and things are going well for the most part. However things can always be better and business is always evolving. It is the owners’ intentions to be connected with its community and customer-base, however their clientele are using mobile technology as a means of communication and the club has yet to reach out to them using this technology. By incorporating new IT systems they will be able to communicate with their customers much faster and more frequently. They also need to figure out how to use the information resources they already have in a better fashion. By organizing their sales, budget, and ordering processes to work hand-in-hand they can find areas of business to adjust their procedures to become more economical. This will also help them in future areas of business that they are not currently involved in.

Ruben and Lisa want to set up a website where they can sell tickets to their weekend events. However they are not currently tracking the revenue brought in from ticket sales made in person or over the phone. Without this information they cannot be sure a website will even be feasible. Another thing to consider is the capacity of people the building can hold. If they do set up a website to sell tickets, there must be restrictions put in place. There must be a limit to how many tickets can be sold. They cannot sell 500 tickets to an event in a building only meant to hold 300 people. Also on top of an order limit, they need a system that can track online orders along with in-person sales and phone sales. They need to be able to constantly and instantly input their in-person or phone sales into their computer with their online sales so they can keep track of tickets sold. Or they may have a specific amount of tickets available online and a specific amount for sale over the phone or in person. In an age where technology is easily accessible, it would probably be wise to sell the majority of their tickets...
