Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by Michele Porta Cisneros at 7:30pm

Quorum Established:

Officers Present: Chris Bancroft (President), Paula Ellis (1st VP), Blake Spence (2ndVP), Michele Porta Cisneros (Treasurer), Denise Morelli (Recording Secretary), Dana McKeon (Correspondence Secretary)

2014/15 Committee/Fundraiser Reports:

*SMILE CONCESSIONS. Will put applications in soon for next years. Profit of $297.82. $180.00 were expenses. Theresa Jimenez will chair next year.

*JUNE 50/50. Nay on June’s 50/50. Will discuss further in September.

*DUNK TANK a nay at 2015 Olympics.

*TEACHER APPRECIATION Catered by Michaels Riverside. Michele to supply desserts.

*OLYMPICS 6/16-Rec all day 6/17 Lincoln ½ day; 7th/8th grade Rec Center for softball game.

Machio’s at the Rec Field.

*END OF YEAR PIZZA PARTY on 6/23, ½ day. 830am 8th grade practice will have pizza delivered for 11 am.

*MAC AWARDS Two students going to 4 year schools will receive these.

*ENV. ART NIGHT- School event.

*BACK TO SCHOOL DANCE (9/18/15 – 4th, 5th & 6th graders only)

*GENEVIEVE’S (9/28/15 – 10/9/15). Paper Goods & Cookie Dough. Chair: C. Bancroft

*RED RIBBON WEEK (Dates TBD). Co-Chairs: C. Bancroft & C. Tenore

*HALLOWEEN. (October) Totes w/goodies. Possible Chairs: Claudia & Maritza

*HOLIDAY PLANT SALE (11/9/15 – 11/20/15 w/delivery on 12/3/15). Use Charlie’s Nursery.
