PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am a young ambitious woman who puts passion into my work, I am result oriented, and I like new challenges so that I could be on the best of my ability.

Academic background

I have completed my Bachelor in Arts Public Administration and Human Resources and Management (BAPA) from Mount Meru University (2011/2014), I completed my advanced certificate education at Singe high school (2009/2011), certificate of secondary education at Mtwara Girls and Makongo secondary school (2004/2008), and primary education at Mlandizi Primary school (1998/2004).

Work experience

I would say my major career breakthrough was when I worked with National Micro-Finance Bank of Tanzania (NMB) and National Bureau of Statistics; working with these two institutions helped achieve the following goals. Firstly I was able to work with different people through customer services which helped me get to know people from the corporate world which made me get the exposure. Secondly I was able to understand the banking operations that exist in the bank. Thirdly I was able to develop my teamwork skills because performing tasks required team members participation in order to complete the task.

Future career plan and intention

My career plans would be to grow and develop myself in the field of rural development in particular because I know I will be able to share my career competence through my experience in banking and statistical institutions.

Why studying in China Agriculture University
