I need this back by tommorrow morning Introduction Having recently been assigned to a large project, members of the A Team agreed to complete three self-assessments in order to gain a better understanding of the members’ behavioral differences. It is the team’s belief that these differences can not only be managed, but also be successfully implemented into a plan designed to positively influence the team’s output and project completion. This mini-paper will discuss (a) the individual differences discovered when comparing assessments, (b) the collaborative insights gained from completing the self-assessments, (c) how behavior is influenced by attitudes, emotions, personalities, and values, and (d) how to increase motivation, satisfaction and performance.
