The event started off with the 1st keynote speaker of the event – Dr. Adil Malia talking about the topic “Technology driving change management”.

In course of VUCA times, change is the only constant. He remarked that in order to succeed the companies need to drive the technology which would in turn drive the change management, Even if the growth curve of the company shows consistent incremental ups and downs, it should be ready to handle the change whenever it comes. Predictive analytics in such cases comes handy. He even brought out the point of inflexion of both HR Managers and Business Managers so that they can complement each other at the work place.

Uber , Ola are startups that changed the way taxis were hired earlier. The BPOs and KPOs show that employability is being driven. Initiatives like MOOCS and courses like Coursera are the disruptive ways to handle learning.

Employability no longer worries about experiences. If that is available across a way in social networks, 15-20 years down the line, who knows leveraging experiences online would be the next big thing. Age barrier in technology adoption if removed then surely it is going to boost the assimilation of processes and the leveraging of the organisational objectives.
