VII. Channels of Distribution

Frank’s Green Auto Wash will use a direct-to-user distribution or single channel, from the business directly to the end user, no intermediaries would be used. The end-user must bring the vehicle that needs to be washed to the business location in order to receive our eco-friendly car washing service. Using our access entry pay stations mounted in front of each of the two automatic car wash bays, customers will directly pay and drive through any of our two-bay automatic full service, brush or brushless all cloth car wash or utilize our three-bay self-serve car wash including vacuuming vending services.

The company will offer bonus services to help build a solid repeat customer base. Each of our clients will receive a card with 9 circles on it to help track visits to the car wash. Clients will receive will receive a free regular wash on their 9th visit. In addition, as a way to evaluate adherence to our number one goal of providing distinctive service, clients will be provided with a postage paid comment card each.

Customers will have the option to use the LaserWash 360 touch less carwash equipment or ProTouch Tandem (friction car wash equipment), paired with MaxAir Drying Systems. The technologically advanced machines will give the business a qualitative advantage over competitors within 8 mile radius of Frank’s Green Auto Wash. The company will provide customers a faster wash and the cleanest vehicles while having a positive impact on the environment. Frank’s Green Auto Wash will follow through to make sure that all the promises created for clients are delivered when they utilize our service.
