Is the justice in this country fading away?

The last couple of weeks we have been talking about the meaning of “justice.” Justice is the moral rightness based on ethics, rationality, law, natural law, religion, and equity. In other words it means fairness.

There are many cases where one might argue that justice was failed to be given. In my opinion justice was not given in the Casey Anthony case. Although some might say that there was justice given because the case went on trial and all, I believe this to be wrong.
