In reality, the plagiarism issues are happened all over the world every day. I had ever met a real case beside me in my company. It did can raise our concern in depth thinking on ethical assessment of plagiarism. I want to start my essay from this case.

First of all, I want to make brief introduce of my company, it is an US based global company. There are more than 60 factories around 25 countries. And there are 4 peoples related in this case. Their title and working position are at following

Annie – Senior Buyer of LA Factory, USA

Stephen – Quality Manager of LA Factory, USA

Jason – Sourcing Manager in China IPO, China

Tina – Shanghai office Manager, China

Annie and Stephen visited China for business in Dec. 2011.They bought many bags with faked famous brand at Sunday. They packed these goods and asked Jason to express them to LA by company’s account as before. Jason was very busy and he put off the package on his deck. Jason called Tina’s help to arrange the shipment accordingly. Of course, Tina sent these bags to LA. Finally, senior management team found that Annie and Stephen used Company’s account to deliver personal product. What was worse, these faked goods were illegal Product. No doubt, Stephen and Annie were fired immediately. Unfortunately, Jason and Tina were also involved in this affair. They got fired too. It is not end of this case, Jason and Tina believed that they did not break the raw and company regulation. And they are innocent. They sued the company broken the Chinese labor law and they won. While, Stephen & Annie prepared to sue the company due to the Discrimination because there are other persons who did the similar things, but did not get punishment……..

This case is not complex, but it can reflect many ethical dimensions from this case. I want to make further investment on two key aspects as following.
