Is nature the source of inspiration for you as it was for Romantics?

If we asked random people what the Romanticism was, most of them would explain it in a similar way to word "romantic". Of course love could be one of the topics of Romantic art, however it was an artistic, literary, and intelectual movement, a revolt against aristocratic social and political norms and a reaction against the scientific rationalization of nature.

Nature in Romanticism was a great importance. Romantics created a new way of thinking about it, a new conception. They abandoned the Enlightenment ideas of nature as a regulated mechanism. They uderstood it as something alive, spiritual, everlasting, ideal, but at the same time misterious, a power that could bring death. Mistic contact with nature was the only way to understand who we truly are. Human without nature was incomplete; they could only exist altogether, as two pieces of the same Universe.

Romantics belived, that only they as philosophers and poets, as well as common people could read nature. Nature was a powerful entity that could save or take away people's life, it could also contact with them by some symbols. It was not just a background for Romantic poems, it was very often personified, presented as a human being, with its own soul. It was also a great source of inspiration for the writer's imagination. But is it a source of inspiration for me as well?

I think it is, in some sense. I must admit that I will never be neither Emily Bronte nor John Keats. I am not a writer so I cannot create a great poem, being inspired by nature. But what I am trying to say is that nature is my inspiration to...live. Every day I open my eyes and thank God for the beauty around me. I can feel that I am a part of the world that surrounds me. When I hear the birds singing, my soul sings with them, when the sky is dark I can feel the clouds trying to embrace my heart. But at the same time I know that comparing to the nature, I am a tiny,...
