Professional Pet Sitting for a Career

Caring for pets for a career is more than exercising and pulling on a leash. Pet sitting services are very important to people who own animals, pets are not merely animals to many people, but considered family. In addition, pet sitting is a rewarding career for a dedicated person who is professional, organized and human and furry friends oriented. Besides, being an animal lover who is in tune with animal ways as well as ready to run a business or become an independent contractor. Furthermore, when I was living in New Hampshire in 2006, this was the career I found inspirational, as I was working for a pet sitting company as an independent contractor.

Professional pet sitters start by walking or pet sitting for their neighbors along with friends. For instance, apparently pet sitting is a fantastic way to earn extra cash, including building a resume also. This stage is about building up the pet sitter’s reputation. Even though, having the key to a client’s house is a serious gesture of trust, while being responsible to the latest clients.

While living in New Hampshire in 2006, I Google searched pet sitting and found my forthcoming career as a professional pet sitter, for over three years working for a bonded and insured company. Naturally, the owner of my company did acquire part of the money being charged, nevertheless, the owner did handle the monetary matters. However, the only downfall of pet sitting is not being your own boss, although, pet sitting allows meeting people, establishing a network, as well as acquiring an idea for the pet sitting market.
