TeamConcept Software Technology Company was founded in 2008 and is located in the window city of reform and opening - Shenzhen. The company’s branch offices are distributed in Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao and other cities of China, and its headquarter is sited in software park of high-tech district in Shenzhen, which is one of the important software development and software outsourcing businesses.

In recent years, the management of knowledge-based workers has existed a number of difficulties in this company. The business witnessed a serious brain drain, and the employees generally do not like their company. The staff are full of confidence crisis for the management of the company, and they do not trust the future prospects of the company. The company has a bad employee satisfaction and a poor employee loyalty. More critically, the management of this corporation has gradually realized that the key personnel loss of enterprise has affected the performance level of the entire enterprise.
