Costas has been working a long time on a joint venture between two
companies,Blue Ridge and Terralumen. Delta Foods is a company without
international knowledge that bought Blue Ridge and when that happened is when the
problems in the joint venture occurs. The main intention of Delta Food is to produce
growth at quick pace, Delta does not believe in join venture as a strategy for entering
in a international market. Delta saw that the Spain growth is slower than they
expected so they decided to dissolve the joint with Terralumen, Costas new
assignment is to develop a dissolution strategy despite all the effort he put on that
joint venture.

Im my opinion the most important issue is that Delta is having a organization
structure issue because Delta hiring Södergran was the main cause of the failure of the
joint venture. Why hiring someone with cultural extremes instead of a Delta veteran
or Costas.
