This article is basically discussing what skills and talent a future HR professional must have to be successful. Based on this article, a survey was taken and resulted in saying that new generation of Human resource professionals is said to have higher expectations in comparison to current and pass Human Resource professionals. It is explained that the bar is set so high because the current graduates have so many resources at hand along with advanced technology sources to become successful managers.

Based on this article, incoming HR professionals must be able to show and present basic knowledge and understanding of the six core competencies. Becoming a credible activist is said to be one of the most important competency because it includes being a culture/change steward, talent manager, and strategy architect. Credible activists are highly responsible for over 50% of a human resource manger’s success.

I personally think that this article was most definitely related to the topic and can be useful information to those interested in this area. This article offers great advice for future HR professionals who are curious about what skill set and knowledge is required to become a successful human Resource practitioner. It seems to offer a solid detailed explanation of why being a credible activist is relevant and important to the HR profession and how this particular competency creates value for a business.
