Companies current work conditions exposes employees to work in a very diverse environment with people from different nationalities, cultures, religions, ages and education. People from different cultures have different believes and behaviors that they consider valued and important for them. Organizations as well have their values, Codes of Ethics, which are central for their operation and good performance. Employees need to work together in cooperation and respect taking into consideration these differences and company’s core values for the benefit of the organization. Employees able to work and solve problem under such circumstances and diverse environment are highly value and essentials for any organization.

Ethical conflict arises when the actions of one person interfere with the interest of another person or act against company established values.
