A company has advantages of technology, investments, setups, superior management, talent staffs, etc. so it get more benefits easier. Competitive advantage should be relevant, unique, and sustainable.

Country: job opportunities, big markets consumption, share new products, sell their advantages to foreign countries, like labours in china, IT in the USA, buy what they need in cheaper price.
