Criminal Justice Administration Capstone

The diver’s arrays of relationships that happen in America’s criminal justice system are many. Some of them can be established in their communications, and others can be situated on the basis of what they are responsible for. Care values that remain in character on any relationship that is within the the criminal justice system is one that is between behavior that’s professional and ethical, regardless of the start of the relationship or the purpose at any level. For criminal justice system to be more than a success, the value of ethics is what’s most essential and fundamental. American citizens and anyone else living in this country has a need for employees that work in the criminal justice system. They also need the criminal justice system in America to uphold laws as well as the constitution along with being ethical and professional in nature.

In the following essay we will discuss and analyze the the association between behavior that is professional and behavior that is ethical within the criminal justice administration. We will provide an explanation on the the critical thinking role that is involved within the relationship between ethics and professional behavior. Included will be a proposal for a law enforcement officer’s ethical training seminar. There are five areas of ethical conduct that will underlined in this seminar. Even further, details will be revealed as to why we chose these areas and what benefits we can come to expect from the training and what it will do for the community and the officers involved.

When we inquire about the administration that is within our criminal justice system, the professionalism and ethics they present is defined by their duties.
