a) Maturing of a product—Strong sales presence will decrease, creating a need for stronger marketing strategies, such as lower pricing, emphasis on product enhancements or unique designs.
b) Technology innovation in the manufacturing process.—this could possibly require additional hands on an assembly line creating more jobs. It could also decrease human necessity causing that department to lay off individuals, creating less overhead cost but more profit from that change.
