American Financial is a banking institution, which its function is the Home Loan Market It has an in-house IT Group that consist of almost 7000 have professionals and followed all recommended standards such as CMM, CMMI, ISO9001 and ITIL.
A meeting conducted consists of the following members to discuss the bellow issues:

* Cathy Benson is the Senior VP of Business Banking Product Management
NAF’s management realize the following facts:
1. NAF despite that IT groups are able to deliver projects on time and within budget but they cannot deliver value up on enterprise strategy.
2. This case declares that there is no matching between IT budgeting practices, financial and business strategy execution.
