How a company changes thanks to its actors' roles? |

A company can live only thanks to the interaction of various actors who affect its operation by various actions. These actors are called stakeholders. We could define these actors as 'individuals and groups who are affected by the activities of an organization. The most important stakeholders can be seen as those with most to lose from the organization’s actions, but this does not always reflect their relative power.’.

Each stakeholder has an influence on a company which is represented in various forms and importance. Indeed several stakeholders will not have the same impact on the operations of a company. The will of a director will not have the same influence as that of a shareholder or a simple customer. It is possible to divide the importance of the agents into categories: Internal stakeholders which are the internal actors in the company, this group is consisted by the owners, the managers and the employees. A second group exists, the external stakeholders, made up by the actors presenting a direct link or indirect with the company. This group is made of the shareholders, of the customers, the government and any other group having an impact or being able to be affected by the operations of a company.

A thing which is to take into account is that according to the size of the company or the activity some groups can take importance. Simple purchasers for certain companies can be key actors in the course of the company.

There exist various stages in the importance which a stakeholder can have on the decisions of the company but it is necessary always to keep in mind that each company is different and thus has a different relation with its stakeholders.

That rises however certain questions. How can the stakeholders influence the operations and the development of a company, And in which context?
