The non-store retailing definitely has more potential to grow than store based retailing because it is a more innovative and less costly way to sell the products to the consumers. The non-store based retailing provides many convenient features to the consumers and these features are much needed because it can save the time of consumers. In the present era, everybody has a tight working schedule. Due to this tight schedule, nobody finds adequate time for shopping. Non-store retailing helps the customer to have a direct interaction with the seller. The seller conveys all the necessary features and information either directly or electronically (Lamb, Hair & McDaniel, 2012).

With the passage of time, the needs and wants of the consumers change. Only those businesses can maintain and sustain their market positions which pay more attention towards the changing needs of the consumers. In addition to this, the companies need to cut their cost as well. Therefore, many businesses are now considering the non-store retailing because it is less costly as compared to store based retailing. The current needs and wants of consumers are inclined towards non-store retailing because they consider it quite convenient to buy things without utilizing more time (Lamb, Hair & McDaniel, 2012).

Furthermore, the current era is technology oriented, therefore people are more interested to buy things online. Non-store retailing provides the consumer with the facility to buy things online. Therefore, it has more potential to grow as compared to store based retailing. This pattern of consumers’ demand and profit needs of companies are expected to continue in the same position in the near future as well because now people know the in-depth meaning of the phrase “Time has value” (Lamb, Hair & McDaniel, 2012).
