With the target market as millennials who are trying to capture the urban culture, Aritzia is dedicated to providing that experience. To do so, they are trying to inspire customers by establishing a connection through the elements of urban—specifically clothing, accessories, and music. In urban culture, customers are looking to look comfortable and laidback, but also have style. Their website offers resources and insights, giving customers a portal of urban culture. There is an e-magazine that suggests trending looks from their collections, and also music and book recommendations. With these offerings, a customer is given an entire lifestyle that is exclusive to Aritzia.

In the store, they have incorporated a customized playlist that creates a calming-feel. They have also integrated wooden materials for their floors and walls, and plants as accessories to implement the same effect. This is also emphasized through their clothes which consist of laidback, casual, yet a sophisticated vibe.
