Preface:

This project plan is formal document used to guide both project execution and project control. This document is intended to establish boundaries and assumptions of the project and track deliverables from all the stake holders. This is an approved and authenticated document that is manually reviewed by the project management team after reviewing with both business and technology.

Introduction:

Freeman Inc. is a multinational company that is into developing innovative health care system to improve quality of life for an individual. As a new addition this conglomerate they are launching a patient centric rehabilitation & sports center designed with the latest equipment for rehab as well as body training. The location that has been chosen for this has been a sick sports center which has the basic infrastructure and amenities. For Information systems the company has decided to install an integrated system that maintains the overall functionality of the sports center. It has been decided that all the legacy are replaced by latest systems and database. The company has decided to buy new systems and develop new application from scratch and implement them.
