1. The purpose of the preamble is to explain the reason of writing the Constitution and what they wanted from writing it.

2. Two examples on checks and balances are that a court may declare acts of Congress to be unconstitutional and a president may veto legislation and appeal to the people.

3. It is nullified and becomes unenforceable.

1. 11 amendments were added to the constitution in the twentieth century.

2. The first method is proposed by a two thirds vote in each house of congress, the second method can be proposed by congress then ratified by conventions, the third is proposed by national convention, and the fourth method can be ratified by conventions in three fourths of the states.

3. The first freedom protected is the freedom to believe in any religion you want to, the second freedom protected is the freedom of state and that our army should protect us, and the third freedom is you have the right to have a trial and be put in front of a judge.

4. Both houses of congress must agree because that will make it equal and not give an advantage to one house.
