Malindo Airlines

Malindo Air is an up-and-coming airline based in Malaysia which established in 2013. (Malindo Air, 2014) They provide low air fare with premium in-flight services included, fuse free and no hidden cost for their customers. This airline has sufficient number of seats which has 168 economy seats and 12 premium seats. Moreover, they also take care of their customer’s in-flight entertainment, free food and beverage. However, some of the customers will take into consideration of the low safety of this airline compare to the other airlines and this is one of the weaknesses of Malindo Air which needs to improve.

Besides, their fleet’s average age is only 0.5 years because they are young airline and their fleet size is usually 15 aircrafts with a medium aircraft utilisation. Their fleet of Boeing 737-900ER and ATR72-600 aircraft flies to international destinations and domestic which operated centrally from their hubs at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Subang Airport.
