BACKGROUND

Chairman B is employed for almost four years now in MCWD, which is a government-owned company that provides services to different household. His management is positively affecting the company, so far, and he handles things smoothly and satisfactorily.

CRITICAL INCIDENT

Early this year, everything was slowly changing. Chairman B is working for his own interest now. He allows people from the City Hall to conduct their meetings in the company leading the employees to believe that he is prioritizing the employees from the City Hall than them- his own subordinates. The employees think that what the Chairman has done wasn't acceptable because in the first place their company is not the right place in holding the meetings of the City Hall employees. They also noticed that Chairman B keeps on mentioning a politician's name whenever the company is having a meeting, thus leading the employees to believe that he is trying to associate politics in the company.

Due to this fact, the working environmemt has changed. A gap in the relationship between the Chairman and the employees was created. The Chairman's presence created a feeling of uneasiness to the employees. The employees don't know to approach the Chairman regarding the situation so they choose to just keep it to themselves. Until the employees can no longer handle working in the company, leading them to resign, thus leaving the company because they no longer like the working environment.

The resignation of the employees leaves the company no other choice but to hire and train new applicants, affecting the company as a whole.
